| Welcome! My name is Tami Donaldson.
I was born and raised in South Florida. Yes! There are some "real Floridians"
out there. I loved growing up in Hollywood, Florida with the beautiful
beaches and gorgeous weather year round.
I began my modeling career when I was 15 years old, when a modeling
scout approached my father and I in a shopping mall. I worked all throughout
high school appearing in numerous catalogs & print campaigns, I was
able to purchase my first car when I was 16 years old with cash from modeling,
so that was a plus for my parents. :)
I took a break from modeling after high school to get my Bachelor's
Degree in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University and after
college I was a 3rd grade teacher for 1 year, until I went back to the
entertainment industry.
In 2005, I thought it was time for me to get a "real job." I was getting
out of the modeling industry to try my hand in Florida real estate (just
like everyone else), when I won first place in Maxim Magazine's Hometown
Hottie contest. Winning this well known contest has opened so many doors
for my career and needless to say, was a very pleasant surprise. So, I
figured I might as well take advantage of the opportunities while I still
can. Real estate and teaching will always be there! 2006 was also a very
exciting year for me. To my pleasant surprise, I was named in MAXIM's HOT
100 list, as number 89. I am truly flattered to be part of such a well
known list of beautiful women. I was also named Miss Maxim USA in 2007
and appeared on several covers for Maxim in 6 countries. Such a dream come
true for a girl born in Hollywood, FL.
In all my years of modeling, I have traveled to many countries; Canada,
Thailand, China, France, India, Italy, England, Czech Republic and many
tropical paradises. I feel so fortunate to have experienced so many wonderful
places & adventures while modeling that I probably would have never
experinced. So, I am so grateful to say the least.
After living in LA for almost 5 years, I was ready to go back to the
east coast. Now, that I'm back in South Florida I produce events &
fashion shows. Being in the modeling industry for so many years I have
made so many great connections with swimwear & lingerie companies and
the nightlife industry, hosting events now I tie the 2 together to produce
fashion shows with only the top models in Miami, for nightclubs and special
events. Clients I work closely with are; Ed Hardy Swimwear, True Religion
Swimwear, Ed Hardy Intimates, Hustler Lingerie, & Playboy Swimwear
to name a few.
